Fertile soil andadequate sunlightare important nutrients for wheat. Our noodles are bathed in the sun at 23.3 degrees north latitude. They are grown between the aroma of wild rice and tepid monsoons. The flour is grinded at dusk. Organic fruit and vegetables are added to make our vivid Sun Rainbow Noodles.
